2.貿(mào)易公司不是生產(chǎn)商，且購買了有證書企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品，要不要拿證書？

要取得證書。因?yàn)樘釂巍�發(fā)票、TC交易證書（第三方認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)開具）等等，所有資料信息都是貿(mào)易公司抬頭，需要信息一致。

標(biāo)簽有Global字樣，貨品過海關(guān)或進(jìn)商場需要提供證書和TC交易證明。

Material Collection

材料收集

Material Collection refers to the point in the recycling lifecycle when a Reclaimed Material is collected

after its original use has ended (i.e.: it would have otherwise gone into the waste stream). 

材料收集是指回收材料在其原始使用結(jié)束后的收集，是回收周期中的一個時間點(diǎn)（即：否則將進(jìn)入

廢物流程）。

Entities involved in Material Collection may include, but are not limited to:

涉及材料收集的實(shí)體可能包括但不限于：

? Individuals who collect Post-Consumer Materials for sale to brokers

? 收集售給中間商的消費(fèi)后材料的個人

? Government organizations (e.g.: municipalities) that offer curbside recycling or operate transfer

stations 

? 提供路邊回收或經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)站的政府機(jī)構(gòu)（例如：市政府）

? Brokers that purchase Pre/Post-Consumer Material from individuals, municipalities, or

commercial operations for re-sale

Material Concentration

材料集中

Material Concentration refers to the point in the recycling lifecycle when a waste material receives primary

handling. This may include, but is not limited to, sorting, screening, basic contaminant removal, or baling.

Material is still unprocessed at this stage, meaning it has not been physically or chemically altered beyond

basic handling (e.g.: screening, crushing, or washing).
