    多楔帶產(chǎn)品中使用的原料

    • 氯丁橡膠多楔帶具有一定的耐寒與耐熱性能，不但耐屈撓性能良好，其耐老化性、耐臭氧老化性也比一般不飽和橡膠好，而且其有良好的耐油、耐溶劑及化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性，加入短纖維補(bǔ)強(qiáng)可承受較高的橫向壓力，增加帶楔耐壓性能，減少受力后變形。
       
    • 三元乙丙橡膠多楔帶在耐老化特別是抗臭氧老化性、耐氣候性、耐熱老化性方面更為優(yōu)良，而且其電絕緣性能、耐化學(xué)腐蝕、沖擊彈性較好（在低溫下彈性保持性能較好）。

    • 橡膠多楔帶兼有v帶和平帶二者的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，既有平帶的柔軟、強(qiáng)韌的特點(diǎn)，又有v帶緊湊、高效等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。多楔帶主要特點(diǎn)如下：
      多楔帶傳動(dòng)功率大，空間相同時(shí)比普通V帶的傳動(dòng)功卒的高30％。
      　
    • 多楔帶傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，在相同的傳動(dòng)功率情況下，傳遞裝置所占空間比普通V帶小25％。
      　
    • 多楔帶帶體薄，富有柔軟性，適應(yīng)帶輪直徑小的傳動(dòng)，也適應(yīng)高速傳動(dòng)，帶速可達(dá)40m／s；振動(dòng)小，發(fā)熱少，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。

    多楔帶選購(gòu)時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)：

    • 多楔帶按皮帶輪直徑、楔槽選用適當(dāng)規(guī)格型號(hào)和楔數(shù)的皮帶。
      多楔帶產(chǎn)品使用時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)：
    • 多楔帶皮帶在使用中沾有油污或水，應(yīng)及時(shí)清除或擦干；
    • 多楔帶包角過(guò)小，應(yīng)改變背面帶輪的位置以加大包角；

    • 多楔帶楔槽中嵌入異物，應(yīng)該為皮帶運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)置防護(hù)罩；
    • 多楔帶帶輪是否偏斜，調(diào)整帶輪位置；
    • 多楔帶在產(chǎn)品使用中出現(xiàn)振動(dòng)大：
    • 可能是皮帶張力過(guò)小，應(yīng)適當(dāng)加大張力；
      　

    多楔帶產(chǎn)品使用中出現(xiàn)楔損壞：

    • 多楔帶帶輪和皮帶的規(guī)格型號(hào)不匹配；
    • 多楔帶帶楔沾上溶劑或其它化學(xué)藥品；
    • 多楔帶皮帶使用環(huán)境溫度太高，應(yīng)改善冷卻方法；
    • 多楔帶帶輪的工藝參數(shù)不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或帶輪生銹。
